We love this place- the food is good and sitting outside in the garden with the Koi pond is very enjoyable.
This is "old school" Gatlinburg- been there forever but a well loved local BBQ place with great brisket!
Located just a few minutes from the cabin, this log cabin style restaurant has been in operation since the 1930's. Current owners offer steaks and "spirits" among other things. They are probably talking about their whiskey collection, but locals know there are rumors other "spirits" have shown up in the place from time to time!

This is such a special place that is well loved by locals and long time visitors to Gatlinburg. It has been around "forever", offering dining in an old Gatlinburg farm-style home. The food is reliably good, and sitting on the porch looking at the mountains is reliably great! Go online and view menu- then choose your night based on the offering you like, Reservations are a must, very limited seating.
